Nagpur-based Jagsons Travels will host its annual exposition, Global Panorama Showcase from February 8 to 10, 2015, at Hotel Centre Point in the city. The three-day event will be open for end consumers on its first day while the second and third day will be dedicated to the travel trade. This is the third edition of the event which kicked off in Nagpur in 2013. Global Panorama Showcase will serve as an informative platform for the travel fraternity in Central India wherein global participants will showcase all kinds of travel and tourism services and products.

The Global Panorama Showcase 2015 will witness participation from over 150 exhibitors comprising hoteliers, airlines, tourism boards, visa facilitation companies, travel insurance players, foreign exchange currency providers, tour operators, international roaming SIM card brands, cruise companies, event management companies, online booking engines, white label solutions, job portals, etc. The new additions to the exhibitors this year includes universities from South India and the York University, Canada, who will be giving information to the visitors about their courses and educational opportunities overseas. Another addition to this year’s schedule of the events at the exposition is a food festival by Hotel Centre Point on the first day which will feature a variety of cuisines.

Speaking about the objective and focus of the Showcase, Harmandeep Singh Anand, Managing Director, Jagsons Travels, said, “We have planned our event on a more comprehensive scale this year with a special focus on Central India and mainly the markets of Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, Raipur and Jabalpur. Last year, we introduced the hosted-buyer programme to our event which was a grand success. For 2015 Showcase, we have already registered over 80 buyers and we expect the numbers to cross over 300 in the period up to the event. On the B2C showcase, this year, we are expecting over 2,000-5,000 visitors. The event will also comprise educational seminars and sessions to educate the travel trade fraternity on how to increase revenue and upgrade their knowledge on products and destinations.”
